| 摘 要： | 建立健全内部控制制度体系是实现企业战略目标的措施和手段。为确保实现企业战略目标必须对企业内部资源进行管理,极积向上的企业文化体现了企业的软实力,在内部控制中起着不可忽视的作用。内部控制和风险管理是出色的公司治理极为重要的组成部分,进一步完善内部控制制度体系,促进企业提高经营管理水平。

| Abstract: | To build and perfect internal control system is the measure of realizing enterprise strategy goal. Positive enterprise culture can embody the soft power of enterprise and play an indispensable role in the internal control. The internal control and risk management are the important parts of outstanding enterprise governing. Therefore, it is nec- essary to further improve the internal control system and promote enterprise to upgrade business management level. |
