电力系统的无功与电压控制

摘    要:电能是关系到国计民生的核心能源之一,安全经济的电能运营至关重要.本文首先分析了无功和电压的关系,接着从系统的层面出发,论述了控制系统主干节点电压的措施,重点阐述了从电厂侧的自动电压控制(AVC)入手的二级电压控制策略.根据主网节点电压的运营指标,推导出对应的无功需求指标,然后,以该无功需求指标为基础,对奋发电机组进行励磁调节.文章最后结合某大型电厂的AVC工程实例,证实了AVC控制的节能收益.

Abstract:The electric power is one of essential energies related to our lives. It's the most important to handle the electric power in a safe and economical way. The article analyzes the relation between voltage and reactive-power of the system,then gives methods to control main nodes voltages of the power system. It focuses on the auto-voltage control system (i.e. AVC),which is based on the way of optimizing reactive power. Finally,an engineering example is given to prove the effect of AVC.
