并网风电场可避免费用的计算

摘    要:建立了包含风电场的发电系统可靠性模型并在此基础上提出了一种计算风电场可避免费用的新方法。计算结果表明,风电场可避免费用中的燃料可避免费用所占的比重最大,其次是环境污染可避免费用,而容量可避免费用所占比重最小。本文提出的有效负荷方法也适用于对其它间歇性能源(如太阳能)发电系统的分析。

Abstract:Integrating wind farm into effective load model of power grid,a power grid reliability model for power grid containing wind farm is built.On this basis a new method to calculate the avoidable cost of wind farm is proposed.Calculation results show that the avoidable cost of fuel is the main component of total avoidable cost of wind farm,the avoidable cost of environmental pollution is in the second place while the avoidable cost of capacity is in the last position.The proposed effective load method is also suitable to the analysis of power generation system adopting other intermittent energy sources,e.g.,solar energy.
