| 摘 要： | 为有效促进产品生产和消费的可持续性,从产品/服务集成角度进行总体方案的设计与优选.分析了面向生命周期的完整产品总体设计方案的内涵,建立了定量定性相结合的综合评价体系.为保证定量指标评价的客观性与解决定性指标评价的模糊性,在决策过程中,分别运用信息熵与模糊层次分析法确定其权重.方案定量指标i乎价值直接由指标数值规范化得到,定性评价值则利用群决策方法确定,最后基于逼近理想解排序方法,实现方案的排序与优选.该方法应用于水平定向钻机完整产品九种不同总体设计方案的决策,考虑设计与决策过程的不确定或模糊性,分析了不同群决策算子及决策风险对方案评价的影响.结果表明,该方法对完整产品总体设计方案决策具有适用性.
