摘    要:焊接残余应力对水电机组水轮机转轮的疲劳特性以及运行的稳定性和安全性有着重要影响。介绍了钻孔法对某大型水轮机转轮进行残余应力试验研究情况,并对退火前后残余应力进行比较。

Abstract:Welding residual stress greatly influences the fatigue character of Francis runners and also influences on the stability and safety of hydro turbine. The testing of welding residual stress is performed on a large turbine's runner by hole drilling. The results of the test is compared between the ahead anneal and the post anneal after welding.
