气垫输送机气垫参数量化研究

摘    要:首先从物料受力平衡观点出发,给出不同盘槽位置角气垫压力的计算公式。并以实例,图形表示气垫压力的分布规律。其次以不可压缩粘性流体流动理论为基础,把气垫流场简化为平行平板和成一定角度平板的缝隙流流动模型,给出气垫厚度的两种计算方法;再次以能量守恒定律为基础,给出不考虑能量损失与考虑能量损失气垫厚度的两种计算方法。并以实例代入,将四种计算结果用图形表示,对比分析。

Abstract:Firstly,from the view of stress balance of material,the calculating formula air-spring pressure for different slotted disc position angle is put forward,also taking some case and showing the distributing rule of air-spring by graph.Then,based on theory of incompressible stickiness fluid flow,air-spring fluid field is simplified being gap flow model which is parallel flat or a flat with some angle.Two calculation methods is given for the thickness of air-spring.Based on conservation of energy,the two calculation method on thickness of air-spring is put forward while losing the energy or not,finally,taking the example and the four kind of calculation results are shown by graph and is analyzed.
