电动潜油离心泵防堵单流阀的研制

摘    要:在生产过程中 ,电动潜油泵经常由于停电和管线维修等原因出现停泵现象 ,停泵后 ,由于井液中的砂粒和其它杂质的存在 ,沉积在单流阀上 ,致使电潜泵再次开启困难 ,甚至停产而不得不重新作业。为解决这一问题 ,研制了电潜泵防堵单流阀。这种防堵单流阀主要设计了沉砂环空和冲洗孔眼 ,具有自清洗和自清洁的作用 ,能将沉积在环空中的小颗粒杂质随液流携带出井筒。现场试验证明 ,电潜泵防堵单流阀能够防止砂堵单流阀 ,提高开机成功率 ,显著延长电潜泵检泵周期。

Abstract:Termination of pumping often occurs during the operation of the electric submersible pump (ESP) because of power-off and pipeline's repair and maintenance, etc. Then sand and other impurities carried in the fluid may settle on the check valve and make the ESP difficult to start again. To solve this problem, a anti-plugging check valve is developed, which has self-cleaning function with sand-settling annulus and flushing hole is designed, and can bring the small particles settled in the annulus out of the well bore along with the fluid. Field use proves the check valve can prevent effectively sand plugging and extend distinctly the pump checking period.
