某难选硫化铜矿右选矿工艺流程研究

摘    要:针对某热液蚀变的接触变质原生硫化铜矿床矿石进行了选矿合理工艺流程和药剂制度的研究。试验研究表明,采用两次粗选、三次精选、两次扫选工艺流程可以获得含铜22.66%、回收率89.14%的技术指标。该工艺流程简单,铜的品位和回收率指标高,且易于工业生产。

Abstract:The reasonable technological flow sheet and reagent regime of processing the copper sulphide ore form a certain hydrothermal altered and contact metamorphic primary copper sulphide deposit were researched. The experimental research indicated that such technical indexes as copper content of 22.66% in concentrate and recovery of copper of 89. 14% can be obtained by adopting the technological flow sheet of two - stage roughing, three -stage cleaning and two- stage scavenging. This flow sheet is simple, can achieve high technical indexes ineluding copper concentrate grade and recovery ratio of copper, and is easy to be industrialized.
