| 摘 要： | 论述了不锈钢的性能和拉深特性,分析了不锈钢拉深时的粘模现象,从选用合理的模具参数、优化产品设计、优选模具材料、选用合理的润滑剂诸方面,给出了不锈钢零件拉深时的工艺对策,采用此对策可提高工件质量和模具寿命,取得较好的经济效益和社会效益.

| Abstract: | This paper discussed the function and the drawing characteristic of the stainless steel, and analyzed the phenomenon of glue mould when the stainless steel is drawn. In terms of choosing the reasonable mould parameter, optimization the product design and mould material and choosing the reasonable lubricant, the technical measure for deep drawing of stainless steel parts is given. This can raise work quantity and life-span, and obtain good economic and social performance. |
