吴家塬金矿选矿工艺研究及生产实践

摘    要:根据吴家塬金矿矿石为含砷微细粒金矿石这一性质,针对该矿原选矿工艺存在的问题进行了小型试验研究,依据小型试验结果,将原流程的一段磨矿改为二段磨矿;将浮选单一用药改为多种混合用药,流程改造后,金回收率提高了26.11%,年增效益154.21万元。

Abstract:According to the gold ore of Wujiayuan Gold Mine to be fine grained arsenical gold ore and the problems existed in the original beneficiation technology and also based on the experimental result,Wujiayuan Gold Mine changed the one typed flotation reagent into mixed reagent.Through this reform of the process flow,the recovery rate was inproved by 26.11% and the income was improved by RMB 1.5421 million Yuans.
