公路隧道台阶法施工地层变形分析

摘    要:以山西某高速公路隧道为工程背景,运用ANSYS大型有限元软件对台阶法施工过程进行了三维数值模拟分析,探究了该工法开挖隧道时引起的地层变形规律,得出了地层最大沉降主要发生在上台阶开挖后,约占70%,台阶法施工应减少分布开挖,上下台阶错开一定距离,预留核心土等有益结论,为以后类似工程施工提供参考。

Abstract:Taking the tunnel along some expressway in Shanxi as the engineering background,the paper adopts the ANSYS,a large-scale finite element software,to undertake the three-dimensional numerical simulation analysis of the construction process of the bench method,researches the ground deformation law during the tunnel excavation of the method,achieves some beneficial conclusions,such as about 70% ground maximum settlement occur after the excavation of the upper bench,the reduced staged excavation of the bench method,divided distance between upper and lower benches,and reserved core soil,so as to provide certain reference for similar projects in future.
