江苏宜兴市湖荡地区引导建设的空间管制研究

以宜兴市湖荡地区生态保护与发展规划为例,通过分析湖荡地区生态状况,总结了湖荡地区发展存在的问题,对湖荡地区引导建设的空间管制方法进行研究,合理确定湖荡地区的引导建设指标,通过指标分析对湖荡类型与用地类型进行分类,并提出不同湖荡建设导向,以期为湖荡地区引导建设的空间管制措施提供相关方法与思路。

Research on space control of guiding construction in lake area of Yixing city in Jiangsu province

Taking the ecological protection and development planning of lake area in Yixing city as an example,through analyzing the ecological conditions of lake area,the thesis summarizes the problems existing in the development of lake area,studies the space control method of guiding construction in lake area,and rationally determines the guiding construction indicator of lake area.Based on the index analysis,it classifies the lake types and land utilization types,and puts forward lake construction guidance,with a view to provide relevant methods and concept for the space control measures of guiding construction in lake area.
