| 摘 要： | 根据房产测绘作业流程分析,采取组件式的软件开发模式,将AutoCAD和SuperMap分为两个模块集成开发的房产测绘系统,能够有效利用各自的优点,提高作业效率,并有利于房产测绘成果纳入房产空间关系数据库和房产政务信息系统。

| Abstract: | According to real estate surveying processes,taking a component-based software development model,the estate surveying system could be designed as two modules:AutoCAD module and SuperMap module,which could take their respective advantages together effectively and improve operational efficiency.Meanwhile,it is in favour of the real estate surveying data storage and management in the real estate space database and real estate-government information systems. |
