| 摘 要： | 结合污水处理厂生产管理运行实际,具体介绍了PDCA循环的四个阶段和八个步骤在污水处理项目运行管理中的操作,结果表明,在污水处理项目中引进PDCA循环有效改善了出水水质,提升了管理水平。

| Abstract: | Combining with the production management operation practice of sewage treatment plant,the paper specifically introduces four phases of PDCA cycle and 8 steps in the operation and management of sewage treatment project.Results show that: introducing PDCA cycle into sewage treatment project can effectively improve water quality and improve the management level. |
