水泵水轮机双向流动控制优化设计

摘    要:本文建立了能够控制双向流动性能的水泵水轮机在线优化设计模型.模型中采用全三维反问题方法设计转轮叶片,采用叶型逼近方法求解水轮机工况和水泵工况的流场.综合考虑双向流动的能量性能和空化性能,提出了综合性能评价函敫.采用单纯形加速方法,对一高水头水泵水轮机进行优化设计,得到了综合流动性能较好的转轮.全流道的定常湍流计算结果表明,优化后两个流动方向的转轮效率都提高,空化系数降低,证明了优化方法是可行的.模型可以实现计算机的在线优化计算,减少了人工干预.

Abstract:In this paper a model for on-line optimum design is established to control the bidirectional flow performance of pump-turbine,including a full 3D inverse method for the design of runner's blades,a method of blade shape approximation to obtain the flow fields at the turbine and pump modes,and a function for comprehensive evaluation of performance in terms of efficiency and cavitation.The SIMPLEX accelerating method is used to design a high-head pump-turbine runner to improve the comprehensive performance.Num...
