摘    要:新型三缸单作用恒流量往复泵动力端采用特殊的凸轮传动机构取代传统往复泵的曲柄连杆机构,使柱塞产生等加速-等速-等减速组合运动规律,从而使得输出流量与压力无波动,大大提高了往复泵的性能。本文就该泵动力端凸轮机构设计进行了详细阐述,并进一步分析液力端恒流量特性。

Abstract:The special cam-drive mechanism is used as the power end of the new triplex single-function constant flow pump,which has been replaced for traditional crack-connecting rod mechanism.It results in which the motion law of piston is the complex motion law of same acceleration-same speed-same deceleration.The flow is constant and the pressure is not fluctuated.The design of power end of constant flow reciprocating pump with cam mechanism and analysis of flow characteristic are expounded in detail.
