高铝矾土-尖晶石钢包浇注料的开发与应用

摘    要:采用高铝矾土和矾土基尖晶石为主要原料 ,制备了高铝矾土 -尖晶石浇注料 ,研究了硅微粉和烧结镁砂细粉的加入量对该浇注料高温抗折强度及抗渣性能的影响及新开发的防爆剂对浇注料抗爆裂性能的影响。结果表明 :加入适量的硅微粉和烧结镁砂细粉 ,可改善浇注料的强度和抗渣性 ;新型防爆剂可有效改善浇注料的抗爆裂性 ;研制的浇注料在 4 0t连铸钢包上使用 ,效果很好。

Abstract:The high alumina bauxite-spinel castable was prepared using high alumina bauxite and bauxite based spinel as main starting materials.The effects of the additions of silica micropowder and magnesia fine powder on hot modulus of rupture and slag resistance and the new developed anti-explosion agent on explosion resistance of the castables were researched.The results show that both the strength and the slag resistance of the castable were improved by adding appropriate amounts of silica micropowder and magnesia fine powder and the new developed anti-explosion agent can improve the explosion resistance efficiently.The castable has good application results used in 40 t continuous casting ladle.
