多泥沙河流水电站机组检修策略的探讨

摘    要:我国水电机组的检修多采用以定期检修为主的预防性检修,这样的检修原则是不适合多泥沙水电站机组检修的,所以探索出一套适合多泥沙水电机组的检修模式和策略是非常必要的,作者通过对世界上含沙量最大的黄河上水电站的调查研究,总结出了适合于多泥沙水电机组的检修模式和策略,这对于其他多泥沙河流上水电站机组的检修具有参考意义。

Abstract:The conventional maintenance systems for hydropower station in China mainly belong to preventive maintenance based on periodic mantenence. Such maintenance principle is usually not appropriate for the maintenance for hydraulic generating units operating on sediment-laden river. Therefore, it is necessary to explore new maintenance modes and strategies catering for hydropower stations on sediment-laden fiver. Through investigation into the hydropower station on Huanghe River, this paper proposed some maintenance modes and strategies that has important significance for the main- tenance of hydropower stations on sediment-laden river.
