| Abstract: | Total bacteria,as a target for extent of contamination in food,is very important in sanitization.In this paper,some rapid methods developed in recent years for detecting total bacteria are introduced.It also gave some analysis for development prospects of rapid methods for determination of total bacteria in food. |
