掺加助磨剂水泥SO_3含量对流变性能的影响

摘    要:通过工业试验考察了在助磨剂存在的条件下,不同SO3含量对水泥和混凝土流变性能的影响。结果表明,水泥和混凝土的流变性能与水泥中SO3含量具有显著的相关性;助磨剂的加入使得水泥最佳流变性能的SO3含量有所提高;对于水泥的净浆初始流动度、胶砂初始坍落度和混凝土初始坍落度存在一个水泥最佳SO3含量;水泥和混凝土的流动性保持能力也与水泥中SO3含量有显著的相关性。

Effect of SO3 content on rheologic property of cement with grinding aids
Abstract:By means of industrial test, the effect of SO3 content on rheologic property of cement paste and concrete with grinding aids was verified. The results showed that the rheoiogic property of cement paste and concrete was relative to SO3 content. The addition of grinding aids could increase the necessary content of SO3 to reach the best rheologic property of cement. There was an optimum SO3 content to obtain the best cement paste initial fluidity, cement mortar initial slump constant and concrete initial slump constant; and also the ability of keeping rheology of cement paste and concrete as well.
