苏北地区省属本科院校学报影响因子探析

为了掌握苏北地区省属本科院校学报学术质量的整体状况,探索性地运用控制图原理对14家省属高校学报在2003、2004、2005统计年度的影响因子进行了归纳与研究,找出了它们的影响因子的正常波动范围为0.027—0.153,并得出结论:《徐州工程学院学报》要步入苏北一流行列,其影响因子至少应在0.090以上.

Analysis of the Impact Factors that Influence the Quality of University Journals Issued by Province-run Universities in the Northern Regions of Jiangsu Province

In order to have a complete knowledge of the academic quality of the university journals issued by province-run universities in the northern region of Jiangsu province, this paper creatively applies the control graph theory to the summing up and analyzing of the impact factors that affect all the 14 university journals in this region during the years 2003-2005. The analysis shows that the normal range of variation of these factors falls between 0. 027-0. 153. Particularly for the case of Journal of Xuzhou Institute of Technology, its impact factors are supposed to reach beyond 0. 090 to rise to the line of first-class academic journals in this region.
