PVC材料光稳定性的研究

摘    要:通过红外光谱分析、紫外吸收光谱分析、扫描电镜分析、白度分析和阿伦尼乌斯方程回归分析,研究了PVC材料的光稳定性。结果表明:①PVC材料老化过程中,引起白度变化的主要原因是双键的生成,尤其是共轭多键的生成;②添加紫外吸收剂JC568可有效抑制PVC材料的老化,当用量为0.3份时,效果最好。

Abstract:The photostability of PVC materials was studied by infrared absorption spectroscopy analysis,UV-spectroscopic analysis,scanning electron microscopy analysis,whiteness analysis and Arrhenius equation regression analysis.The results show that:(1) the formation of double bonds,especially many conjugated double bonds,are the main reasons for the whiteness change of PVC materials during aging;(2) the adding of ultra-violet absorbent JC 568 can efficiently prevent the aging of PVC materials,and the best effects are obtained when its dosages are 0.3 parts.
