摘    要:本文将嵌入式实时操作系统引入到高压共轨电控喷油系统的研究中,利用实时多任务操作系统OSEKWorks,不仅有效提高了软件的开发效率,而且也提高了软件的质量和可靠性。通过合理的任务划分和基于优先级的抢占式调度方式,提高了CPU的利用率,确保了电控喷油系统的实时性要求,有效提高了发动机的动态响应性能。实践证明,在高压共轨电控喷油系统引入多任务实时操作系统,是确保高压共轨电控喷油系统精确、可靠运行的关键,是提高柴油机性能的一个行之有效的途径。

Abstract:This paper introduced the embedded real-time operation system into the study of high pressure common rail fuel injection system. Using the real-time multitask operation system OSEKWorks not only effectively improved the efficiency of software development but also improved the quality and reliability of the developed software. Using the proper partition of task and scheduling mechanism based on priority improved the efficiency of CPU, insured the need of real-time capability of electronic control fuel injection system and improved the transient response of diesel engines.The experiment proved that introducing multi-task real-time operation system into high-pressure common rail electronic control fuel injection system is the key technic that can insure the system running accurately and reliably.
