图像监控系统与SCADA系统互联实践

摘    要:根据黑板模型设计了图像监控系统与监控和数据采集(SCADA)系统互联的基本模型。在图像监控系统与SCADA系统之间建立接口,使图像监控系统可以利用SCADA系统转发的远动数据,从而实现对SCADA系统的联动。提出了系统互联的软件和硬件实现方案,讨论了系统互联的关键性技术。结合山西某供电公司的工程实际,设计了具体技术方案,并以模拟屏通信协议为例说明了系统互联的软件实现过程。

Abstract:Based on blackboard model, the basic model for interconnection of video surveillance system and SCADA system is designed. By establishing a interface between video surveillance system and SCADA system, the video surveillance system can make use of telecontrol data transmitted by SCADA system, thus the linkage for SCADA system is implemented in video surveillance system. Interconnection schemes of the software and hardware are advanced, and the key technologies are discussed. A technical scheme is presented combining an actual project of an electric power supply company in Shanxi Province. By taking the communication protocol of simulative screen as an example, the software implementation of system interconnection process is illustrated.
