摘    要:挤压铸造是一种高效、节能、适应性较广的模具成型工艺,特别适合生产性能要求高、形状复杂的零件.汽车拨叉件是汽车换挡部位的重要零件,力和力矩都会作用于其上.针对该零件的结构特点重点研究了挤压铸造模具的设计,其中包括运用AutoCAD对所设计的模具进行二维制图.

Abstract:Squeeze casting is an efficient,energy-saving,widely-adaptable molding process,which is particularly suitable for the production of high performance requirements of complex shape parts.Auto Shift Fork is important parts in the automotive parts,of whose last force and torque will be the role.The squeeze casting mold design in this paper focuses on these structural characteristics,including the use of AutoCAD for the design of molds for two-dimensional mapping.
