摘    要:以LabVIEW为开发平台,设计了一种应用于高分子材料注射机的多通道虚拟温度监测仪,界面简单,监测方便实用,解决了高分子材料注射过程中温度的多点监测、实时性以及超温及时报警等问题。

Abstract:A virtual multichannel instrument of temperature measurement was designed for the injection machine of high molecular weight material, LabVIEW-based technique. The simple interface and convenient employ should bring the multimeasurement of the temperature in the high molecular weight material injection procession to success effectively. The measurement is timely, and it would give an alarm in time when the temperature is overrunning.
