镍酸镧系列氧化物对乙醇敏感性的研究

摘    要:本文研究了以不同方法制备所得的LaNiO_3钙钛矿氧化物和用Sr~(2+)调变La~(3+),Fe~(3+)与Co~(2+)部分取代Ni~(2+)的复合氧化物,以及由Sr~(2+)取代La~(3+)的尖晶石结构氧化物的酒敏特性;讨论了结构、粒度与材料气敏性的关系。发现用硝酸盐分解法制备的LaNiO_3具有最佳的响应特性,用Sr~(2+)调变La~(3+),Fe~(3+)和Co~(2+)取代Ni~(2+)则可改变响应特性和材料具有最高灵敏度时的工作温度。同时也发现La_2NiO_4具有很高的乙醇灵敏度。

Abstract:In this paper, alcohol sensitivity of LaNiO3 perovskite with various manucfacture motheds, La(3+) modified by trace Sr(2+), Ni(3+) partially substituted by Fe(3+) and Co(3+) in compound oxides, La2NiO4 spinel structure, from Sr(2+) substituted La(3+) were studied respectively. Relations between structure, particle demensions and gas-sensitivity were discussed. It were found that manufacture of LaNi03 perovskite by nitric salt decomposited method gives out the best respose characteristic. It was also found that La2NiO4 gives out very high degree of alcohol sensitivity.
