摘    要:以国家电网公司《智能变电站合并单元技术规范》修订为契机,对合并单元工程化应用中存在的问题进行了调研,对其工程应用中存在的性能指标和应用功能等问题进行了分类讨论,重点针对工程应用中合并单元传输规约、电压并列和切换逻辑、对时信号丢失后的再同步机制,以及计量等关键技术问题进行了分析。同时,也针对当前存在的问题进行了论述,给出了明确的解决方案,能够为合并单元的推广应用和智能变电站的发展建设提供指导和参考。

Abstract:During the revision of the technical specification for the merging unit in the smart substation published by State Grid Corporation of China, the problems existing in the engineering application of merging unit in the smart substation are investigated, and the problems in the performance indicators and application functions etc. are discussed. The key technology of communication protocol of the merging unit, the voltage parallel and switching logic, the resynchronization mechanism after signal loss and metering are analyzed. Other problems which cannot be solved in short time are also discussed and the related solutions are provided. It will promote the application of merging unit and provide guidance to the construction of smart substation in the future. This work is supported by State Grid Corporation of China.
