磷酸铋基光催化材料的合成与应用

摘    要:磷酸铋(BiPO_4)是一类具有非金属含氧酸盐结构的新型光催化材料,具有光催化活性好、稳定性高及纳米结构等特点,但BiPO_4的禁带宽度太大(3.8eV),只能响应等于或小于322.0nm的紫外光。通过对BiPO_4的复合改性可以将只能由紫外光激发的BiPO_4光催化反应红移到可见光区域进行。首先介绍了BiPO_4的晶体结构和电子结构;其次,对近几年BiPO_4基光催化材料的合成方法、形貌特征、光催化活性等方面的研究现状进行了全面综述分析;最后,对未来BiPO_4基光催化材料的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:Bismuth phosphate (BiPO4 )is a novel photocatalytic material with nonmetal oxy acid structure which has favorable photocatalytic activity,stability and nanostructure.But the main shortcoming of BiPO4 is that it only absorbs ultraviolet light with wavelength of no longer than 322.0 nm due to its broad band gap (3.8 eV).The photocatalytic reaction of BiPO4 can be red-shifted,and obtain visible light response through compound modifiers.The crystal and electronic structures of BiPO4 are introduced first,and then the recent research in the preparation me-thods,morphologies and photocatalytic performance are reviewed comprehensively.Finally,the promising research trends of BiPO4-based photocatalytic materials are prospected as well.
