阴离子水性聚酯聚氨酯乳液预聚反应条件的研究

摘    要:采用聚酯多元醇(JW2503),甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为基本原料,用丙酮法合成了稳定的聚酯型阴离子水性聚氨酯乳液。探讨了反应温度、反应时间、溶剂、催化剂及用量对预聚反应的影响。实验结果表明,以丙酮为溶剂,催化剂二月桂酸二正丁基锡的用量为0.03%,反应温度65℃最为适宜,反应时间为2h。

Abstract:In this paper, stable polyester anionic waterborne polyurethane emulsion was prepared with JW2503, TDI and DMPA by acetone process. Effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, solvent, catalyst and its amount on prepolymerization was studied. Results showed that the most proper reaction temperature is about 65℃ and the reaction time is 2h, when the prepolymerization reaction conducted in acetone solvent in the presence of dibutyltin dilaurate as the catalyst.
