| 摘 要： | 针对织针产品细薄的特点及在淬火加热过程中须采取保护措施防止其表面氧化和脱碳的要求，详细分析并对比了工业酒精在织针淬火中作为保护气氛源的四种应用及其相关设备的配备和优缺点，指出在应用不同方法时应该注意的事项。

| Abstract: | As to the thin featured knitting needles in need of gas protection against the oxidation and decarbon, comparison analysis is done to the four applications of the denatured spirit as the protection atmosphere in the process of quench of knitting needles, as well as the equipment of the related devices regarding their advantages and disadvantages, some cautions are given hencewith. |
