摘    要:介绍了利用环氧氯丙烷的废料,环氧高沸经纯化后,以氯化锌为催化剂制备高纯度的1,2,3-三氯丙烷,进而经消除反应制备高纯度的2,3-二氯丙烯,优化了反应催化剂。通过红外光谱、核磁共振谱对产品结构进行了鉴定,本方法具有反应条件温和,设备简单,污染小,能耗低,收率高的优势。

High Boiling of Epichlorohydrin for Preparing 2,3 - dichloropropene

Abstract:Using waste materials high boiling of epichlorohydrin, zinc chloride as catalyst, high purity of 1,2,3 - trichloropropane was prepared. 2,3 - dichloropropene was prepared by elimination reaction using 1,2,3 - trichloropropane as the raw material, and the structure of the product determined via IR and NMR. The reaction temperature and time on the yield were investigated through the orthogonal experiment. The optimum reaction condition was determined. The method had advantages of mild reaction conditions, simple equipment, low pollution, low energy consumption and high yield.
