| 摘 要： | 研究了稀土铝添加剂在热镀锌中的应用效果。结果表明当锌浴中加入一定量的镧铈稀土(其含量为0．05％)和铝(其含量为0．10％)，可显著提高热镀锌层光亮性，使锌镀面的耐蚀性提高1倍，锌液粘度降低，锌附着力增强，使镀层减薄32％，减少锌浴表面氧化，锌渣量下降，降低成本，且明显降低热镀锌浴温。

| Abstract: | Application of the rare earths aluminum alloy additive in hot dipped zinc was introduced.The influences of the rare earths and aluminum on hot dipped zinc alloy layer structure,coat thickness as well as zinc bath temperature were discussed.The results show that the addition of a trace amount of rare earths and aluminum can greatly improve the corrosion resistance and increased brightness of zinc coat,decreased the coat thickness by 32%,depressed obvious the bath temperature. |
