摘    要:全光模数转换在高速光信息处理领域具有重要的应用,量化是模数转换中的关键技术.文章综述了全光模数转换中量化技术的发展情况,重点讨论了基于光纤非线性效应的全光量化原理、系统结构、性能特点及在实际应用中需要考虑的因素.

Abstract:All-optical analog-to-digital conversion has been found wide applications in high-speed optical signal processing.Optical quantization is a key step in all-optical analog-to-digital conversion.In this paper,the advances of the optical quantization methods are summarized.The novel optical-quantization schemes based on different nonlinear effects in optical fiber are presented.A comparison of these quantization techniques is given.
