微波法提取木芙蓉花总黄酮的工艺研究

摘    要:应用微波技术进行正交试验设计和Duncan法检验,确立了木芙蓉花黄酮的最佳提取条件。结果表明,用1:20(g/mL)的70%乙醇水溶液,微波功率464W,提取时间为40s时提取效率较好。黄酮的产率为3.178%。与溶剂浸提法相比,微波法提取使每次提取时间由常规浸提的2h减少为40s,产率从3.066%增加到3.178%。

Abstract:Based on orthogonal test and Duncan test,the optimal conditions for the extraction of flavone from Camellia japonica L.flowers by microwave were determined in this paper.The results showed that the extraction rate of flavone was 3.178% at 464 w microwave for 40 s when 70% alcohol solution was used with the solid-liquid ratio of 1:20(g/ml).Compared with solvent extraction,the extractive rate was increased from 3.066% to 3.178% with the extraction time decreased from 2 h to 40 s by the use of microwave.
