| 摘 要： | 该文针对广州了矣龙村清末民居群的现状和保护工作的难点，提出要对我国历史建筑保护的现有理论与方法加以深化和创新，并就历史建筑保护与利用的关系和利用方式、保护资金的来源等问题，阐述了一些新的思路及其在保护规划和修复设计中的具体应用要点，强调保护与利用并重。
