| 摘 要： | 作为“中国总部经济第一实践区”，“中关村（丰台）总部基地”的开发建设已取得初步成果。本文通过阐释总部办公缘起的宏观背景、总部基地的概念，解读中关村（丰台）总部基地的规划设计理念和手法，综合分析总部基地建设特点和成功必然性，进而探讨总部办公的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | As"the first practice area of Chinese Headquarters economy","Zhongguan Village(Fengtai) Advanced Business Park"has yielded the preliminary result in the development and the construction.This paper explains the original macroscopic background of the headquarters work and the concept of Advanced Business Park,and unscrambles the design ideas and technique of the Zhongguan Village(Fengtai)Advanced Business Park, and generally analysis construction characteristic and the success inevitability of Advanced Business Park,and then discusses the trend of development of the headquarters work. |
