机器人CO2气体保护焊焊缝数学模型研究

焊接工艺参数对焊道熔宽、横截面和余高影响关系模型的建立是焊接路径合理规划的前提。利用二次通用旋转回归法设计了单道熔敷焊接试验工艺方案,测得焊道参数,建立了CO2气体保护焊焊道熔宽、横截面积、余高与焊接速度、电流的回归模型。对回归关系模型的显著性、拟合性、及回归系数显著性进行了检验分析,验证了所建立的焊道截面形态数学模型的正确性。该模型可为厚板机器人焊接规划提供指导。

Research on mathematical model about weld beam of robot CO2 gas shielded welding

The establishment of the model involving the influence of the welding technical parameters on the geometrical dimensionsof the weld beamsuch as melting width,cross-section areaand reinforcement height is the premise of reasonable planning of the welding path.In the paper,the quadratic general rotational regression method was applied to design the technical scheme of single-pass deposition welding test,the parameters of the weld seam was measured,and the regression model of the melting width,cross-section area,reinforcement height,welding velocity and current of the weld seam of CO2 gas shielded welding was established.After that,the saliency and fitness of the regression model as well as the saliency of regression coefficient wereanalyzed,and the results showed the correctness of the established mathematical model involving the geometry of weld seam.The model could offer guidance for the thick-platerobot welding planning.
