某矿山WK 20型挖掘机高压集电环改进

WK 20型挖掘机由于进线高压集电环在回转上、下平台之间，其空间属于半密闭空间，加之回转环轨润滑油在工作时被甩到高压集电环，给设备安全造成隐患，同时平台与环轨磨损，减小了集电环集靴的弹性空间，给集电环安全及环轨寿命造成不利影响。为从根本解决设备安全隐患和增加环轨使用寿命，结合其工作原理分析原因，制定了将高压集电环安装于上平台机棚内与低压集电环合为一体的方案。通过改进，杜绝了设备安全隐患，提高了环轨的使用寿命，对公司设备安全管理及成本管理都有重大的意义。

Improvement of High Voltage Collector Ring of WK 20 Excavator in a Mine

WK 20 excavator is a semi closed space because the high voltage collecting ring of the inlet line is between the rotating upper and lower platforms.In addition,the lubricating oil of the rotary ring is thrown into the high voltage collecting ring when it is working,which causes hidden trouble to the safety of the equipment,at the same time,the platform and the ring rail are worn,which reduces the elastic space of the collector ring shoe and adversely affects the safety and service life of the ring.In order to solve the hidden trouble of the equipment and increase the service life of the ring,the scheme of installing the high voltage collector ring in the upper platform and the low voltage collector ring together was worked out.Through the improvement,the hidden trouble of the equipment safety is eliminated,the service life of the ring track is increased,which is of great significance to the company′s equipment safety management and cost management.
