多金属结核水力集矿机构离地高度控制研究

摘    要:为保证多金属结核水力集矿机构有较高采集率与采集能力,分析了影响水力集矿机构离地高度变化的因素,介绍了离地高度测量机构与调整机构,并且给出了离地高度的控制策略。通过"鲲龙500"多金属结核集矿车500 m海试,验证了离地高度测量机构、离地高度调整机构及控制策略能够自适应调整水力集矿机构离地高度,满足采集工艺的要求。

Abstract:The factors affecting the ground clearance of hydraulic collectors in polymetallic nodules mining were analyzed for ensuring its high collection rate and collection capacity. Based on the introduction of the apparatus for measuring and adjusting the ground clearance, a control strategy for the ground clearance was proposed. The sea trial of the “Kunlong 500” polymetallic nodules collecting machine at 500 m depth verified that with this control strategy, using the apparatus for the ground-clearance measurement and adjustment, the ground clearance of the hydraulic collector can be automatically adjusted to meet the requirements of the collection process in the deep-sea mining.
