摘    要:对某锂多金属矿进行了选矿工艺试验研究,分析了磨矿细度、药剂制度等对矿石分选效果的影响,最终确定了磨矿-脱泥-浮选的工艺流程,闭路试验得到Li2O品位3.77%、Rb2O含量0.67%、Cs2O含量0.11%,对应的回收率分别为72.58%、71.09%和71.54%的锂云母精矿,实现了矿物资源的综合回收利用。

Abstract:A beneficiation test for a lithium polymetallic ore was carried out. Based on the analysis of the influence of grinding fineness and reagent system on separation performance, a flowsheet of grinding-desliming-flotation was eventually determined. As a result, a closed-circuit test adopting the above flowsheet produced a lepidolite concentrate grading 3.77% Li2O, containing 0.67% of Rb2O and 0.11% of Cs2O at the corresponding recoveries of 72.58%, 71.09% and 71.54%, indicating this mineral resource can be comprehensively utilized by using this method.
