某复杂铅锌锡多金属矿选矿工艺试验研究

摘    要:对某地复杂铅锌锡多金属矿进行了选矿工艺试验研究。采用磁选-优先浮铅-锌硫混浮-锌硫分离-重选收锡联合工艺流程,获得了铅精矿Pb品位47.23%、Sb品位12.98%、Ag品位1345.12 g/t,Pb回收率87.74%、Sb回收率89.53%、Ag回收率76.57%; 锌精矿Zn品位47.73%、Zn回收率77.20%; 锡精矿Sn品位56.27%,Sn回收率62.01%。该工艺可为研究同类型矿提供参考依据。

Abstract:An experimental study on the mineral processing technique for a complex Pb-Zn-Sn polymetallic ore was conducted. A flowsheet consisting sequentially of magnetic separation, Pb preferential flotation, Zn-S bulk flotation, Zn/Sseparation and Sn gravity separation processes was selected, which finally produced a lead concentrate graded 47.23% Pb, 12.98% Sb and 1345.12 g/t Ag with the corresponding recoveries of 87.74%, 89.53% and 76.57%, a zinc concentrate graded 47.73% Zn at 77.20% recovery, as well as a tin concentrate graded 56.27% Sn at 62.01% recovery. This study can provide a reference basis for recovering ores of the same type.
