摘    要:工科研究生高层次人才的培养质量是国家经济社会发展进步的重要支撑与保障。随着 新的工业革命来袭与“新工科”概念的提出,在国家“双一流”建设背景下如何正确理解新工科的内涵 与目标,建立与之相适应的拔尖创新人才培养体系,是当前高等教育的一个重要课题。分析了“双一 流”背景下新工科人才的培养目标与具体措施,认为研究生高层次人才培养必须从正确定位与明确 目标入手,从人才培养的各个环节进行把控,强化过程管理,落实淘汰机制。

Abstract:The quality of high-level talents cultivation of engineering graduate students is an important support and guarantee for the country′s economic and social development and progress.With the development of new industrial revolution and the proposed concept of "new engineering",an important subject is how to accurately understand the connotation and objectives of new engineering under the background of the national "double firstrate" construction,and how to subsequently establish a relevant training system for top innovative talents cultivation.The cultivation objectives and specific measures of new engineering talents under the background of "double first-rate",it is concluded that the cultivation of high-level postgraduate talents should start with correct positioning and clear objectives,followed by controlling from all aspects of talent training,strengthening the process management,and implementing the elimination mechanism.KeywordsNew engineering,"Double first-rate",Talent cultivation
