摘    要:目前矿用自卸车电传动系统组合试验暂无标准可依,试验方法及试验项目仅由主机厂或者生产商提出,导致无法确认电传动系统组合试验是否充分,试验方法是否合理。设计了一种矿用自卸车电传动系统组合试验系统,分析了矿用自卸车电传动系统组合试验应至少进行的项目,并基于该试验系统,对矿用自卸车电传动系统组合试验进行了研究,给出了试验曲线。该研究成果可以为矿用自卸车电传动系统的设计、制造、检验、试验标准的建立提供参考。

Abstract:At present,there is no standard for combination test for the electric drive system of the mining dump truck.The testing method and the testing items are only proposed by the host plant or the manufacturer,which leads to the failure to confirm whether the combination test for the electric drive system is adequate and whether the test methods are reasonable.In the paper,a combined test system for the electric drive system of the mining dump truck was designed,and the items should be carried out at least for the combined test for the electric system of the mining dump truck were analyzed.Based on the test system,the combined test for the electric drive system of the mining dump truck was studied,and testing curves were offered.The research results provided reference for design,manufacture and establishment of testing standards for the electric drive system of the mining dump truck.
