巴润矿24 m高台阶爆破技术

摘    要:随着巴润矿山开采深度的增加,逐渐形成的临时边坡由于未达到开采境界,出现了2组或4组台阶并段叠置的现象。扩帮时下部台阶边坡陡直,台阶作业宽度狭窄,矿山大型牙轮钻机无法在该下部平台安全作业。为了加快扩帮进度,提高设备的有效作业时间,故提出了在2组并段台阶上实施24 m高台阶爆破技术。现场对高台阶爆区的岩性进行分析并划分出矿岩区域,针对不同岩性的爆区进行分穿分爆,并优化了爆破参数、孔内装药结构以及孔内微差时间。现场爆破试验表明,24 m高台阶爆破技术的应用,减少现场机械设备避炮时间40%,增加钻机设备纯作业率31%,减少爆破大块率12%,现场取得良好的应用效果,可大面积推广。

Abstract:With the increase of mining depth in barun mine,two or four groups of steps are overlapped because the temporary slope does not reach the mining boundary.The slope of the lower step is steep and the width of the step operation is narrow,so the large scale rotary drilling machine in this mine can not work safely on the lower platform.In order to speed up the expansion progress and improve the effective operation time of the equipment,the 24 m high bench blasting technology is put forward on two groups of parallel bench.On the spot,the lithology of the high platform step blasting area is analyzed and the ore producing area is divided.According to the different lithology of the blasting area,the blasting parameters,the charge structure in the hole and the millisecond time in the hole are optimized.The field blasting test shows that the application of 24m high bench blasting technology can reduce the time of avoiding blasting by 40%,increase the pure operation rate of drilling equipment by 31%,and reduce the rate of blasting block by 12%.Good application effect has been achieved in the field,which can be widely used.
