摘    要:目前各大煤矿上常用的储煤建筑是圆柱形锥底筒仓,由于底部的锥体结构,其体积和有效仓容受到制约。提出一种平底筒仓,其直径和有效仓容均可加大,但其仓内煤炭在卸载过程中也会存在卸煤口结拱,以及不在卸煤口处的煤炭无法卸掉的问题,而清仓破拱设备的应用可完美解决上述问题。清仓破拱设备安装在平底筒仓底部,通过其螺旋杆的自转和回转可破除煤炭结拱、输出煤炭以及清空筒仓。

Abstract:At present, the coal storage building commonly used in major coal mines is the cylindrical conebottom silo, due to its bottom cone, its volume and effective storage capacity are restricted. In the paper, a flatbottom silo was proposed, both its diameter and effective storage capacity increased, while there also existed the coal arching at the discharge port during coal unloading from the silo and the failure of coal discharge at the discharge port. The application of arch-breaking clearance equipment could perfectly solve the above problems. The arch-breaking clearance equipment was installed at the bottom of the flat-bottom silo, via the rotation and revolution of its screw rod, the arch breaking, coal discharge and silo clearance were realized.
