摘    要:对某镍钼矿选矿废水进行了回用试验研究。结果表明,镍钼矿选矿废水直接回用于浮选效果较差; 废水经絮凝剂NHX沉降处理后,固体悬浮物含量由839.6 mg/L降为17.7 mg/L,COD也大幅下降。处理后废水回用对镍钼矿浮选指标影响不大,符合回用标准。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted for reuse of the wastewater from nickel-molybdenum ore dressing process. Results show that it is unsatisfactory for the wastewater to be directly reused in flotation. After the wastewater is treated by settling with flocculant of NHX, the content of suspended solids is decreased from 839.6 mg/L to 17.7 mg/L and the COD is also decreased significantly. Thus, the wastewater after treatment can bring in less impact to the flotation behavior of Ni-Mo ore and can meet the reuse standards.
