摘    要:为优化架管机机械手爪的结构,采用ANSYS软件对机械手爪进行静力学分析,获取了夹爪的受力特点及位移情况,并进行了多目标尺寸优化,优化了机械手爪的结构尺寸。通过ADAMS软件进行动力学分析,选择合适的设计变量,得到了驱动力最优解及最优解下设计变量的最优值。结果表明:手爪构件壁厚是影响整体结构安全性和稳定性的主要因素;夹爪连杆之间的夹角对液压缸驱动力影响最大。

Abstract:In order to optimize the structure of the manipulator of the pipe racking machine,ANSYS software was applied to conduct static analysis on the manipulator,and then the force features and the deformation of the gripper were obtained.In addition,multi-objective dimensional optimization of the manipulator was conducted,and its structural dimensions were optimized.After that,ADAMS was applied to conduct dynamic analysis,and then suitable design variables were determined.After that,the optimal value of the drive force and corresponding optimal value of the design variables were obtained.The results showed:the wall thickness of the manipulator was the main factor affecting its overall structural safety and stability;the angle between the gripper rods had the greatest impact on the drive force of the hydraulic cylinder.
