核壳结构的磁性铁锰复合氧化物对铅离子的吸附特性研究

摘    要:通过共沉淀法制备了吸附剂--核壳结构的磁性铁锰复合氧化物,并应用于模拟废水中吸附Pb2+。通过调控磁性铁锰复合氧化物中铁和锰的比例、吸附时间和含Pb2+废水的pH值等参数,优化磁性铁锰复合氧化物对铅离子的吸附条件。研究结果表明,吸附条件为: 铁锰比3∶1、吸附时间60 min、pH=8,此时核壳结构的磁性铁锰复合氧化物对Pb2+的吸附量达到最大值24.99 mg/g。以Fe3O4为磁芯制备的磁性铁锰复合氧化物具有磁性,可通过磁性分离的方法瞬间从废水中分离出吸附剂,为该吸附剂的应用及回收利用提供了方便。

Abstract:An adsorbent, one magnetic Fe-Mn binary oxide with a core-shell structure, was prepared by the co-precipitationmethod, and was used to adsorb Pb2+ in the simulated wastewater. By regulating the ratio of iron to manganese in the magnetic Fe-Mn binary oxide, the adsorption time and the pH value of the Pb2+-containing wastewater, the adsorption conditions of Pb2+ onto the magnetic Fe-Mn binary oxide were optimized. The research results show that with the iron-manganese ratioof 3∶1, adsorption time of 60 min and pH of 8, the adsorption capacity of Pb2+ onto magnetic Fe-Mn binary oxide with a core-shell structure can maximally reach 24.99 mg/g. The Fe-Mn binary oxide prepared with Fe3O4 as the magnetic core, due to being magnetic, can separate the adsorbent from the wastewater instantly by magnetic separation, indicating the application and recycling of this adsorbent is feasible and convenient.
