摘    要:针对一次铝硅合金, 采用锌熔析法降低合金中杂质含量, 熔析后得到锌铝硅合金和锌铝硅铁渣;再通过真空蒸馏脱除其中的锌, 生成铝硅合金和铝硅铁合金渣, 同时锌返回锌熔析工序循环利用。当系统压强5 Pa以下、蒸馏温度1 273 K时, 铝硅合金中锌含量为0.11%, 锌挥发率达到99.9%以上;系统压强5 Pa以下、蒸馏温度973 K时, 铝硅铁渣中锌含量低于0.5%, 锌挥发率达到99.6%以上。

Abstract:The aluminum-silicon alloy was processed by liquation of zinc, so as to reduce the impurity content in the alloy, yielding Zn-Al-Si liquid alloy and Zn-Al-Si-Fe solid slag, which were then subjected to vacuum distillation for zinc removal, producing Al-Si alloy and Al-Si-Fe alloy slags, with the extracted zinc returned to the processing stage of zinc liquation for recycling. It is shown that with the system pressure below 5 Pa and the distillation temperatures at 1 273 K and 973 K, respectively, the process can produce an Al-Si alloy with zinc content as low as 0.11% and an Al-Si-Fe alloy slags containing less than 0.5% zinc. And the zinc evaporation rate for both is up to 99.6%.
